Itinerary: Three
nights in Havana, two nights in Trinidad, and two nights in Varadero.

Arrival to Havana, accommodation and dinner arranged at the chosen
Hotel.
2nd night: HAVANA. Breakfast in the Hotel. Pick-up and
visit to the Morro Cabaña Lookout. Tour of Old Havana´s historical
village, a Cultural Heritage of Mankind: Plaza de Armas; El Templete,
a shrine where the first mass was offered and the first town´s
council meeting held. Mercaderes street; Palacio de los Capitanes
Generales; Ambos Mundos Hotel -once the home of renowned American
writer Ernest Hemingway; the Cathedral Square; the famous bar-restaurant
La Bodeguita del Medio; and the House of the Rum -to become acquainted
with Havana Club rum manufacturing process and have a taste test.
A bus ride to the Museum of the Revolution, the Central Park,
the Havana´s Grand Theatre and the National Capitol. Lunch at
La Maison, The Cuban Fashion House. The tour continues along Modern
Havana: The Revolution Square and Jose Marti Memorial. A panoramic
tour of the University Campus uphill and a visit to Columbus Necropolis.
Back to the Hotel and dinner. At nighttime: the acclaimed Under-the-Stars
Tropicana Cabaret .
3rd night: HAVANA / VIñALES / HAVANA. Breakfast in the Hotel.
Transfer on an air conditioned bus to Viñales Valley in Pinar
del Rio, Cuba´s westernmost province, where the world´s best tobacco
is grown. Exotic landscape with splendid valleys crowded with
Royal Palms, the National tree. A visit to a cigar factory, and
the Guayabitas de Pinar rum factory, and the House of Rum. Touring
the Viñales Valley. A visit to a pre-historic Mural (cave painting
reproduced on the Island most ancient rocks) and the Indian Cave,
a boat ride along its underground river. In transit tour of the
Veguero House -to become acquainted with tobacco plantations and
process. Lunch at a local restaurant. Back to the Hotel and dinner.
Night free
4th night: HAVANA / GUAMA / CIENFUEGOS / TRINIDAD. Breakfast
in the Hotel. Departure for the Peninsula de Zapata. In transit
visit the farm Fiesta Campesina, the tour continues for Guama
resort and its crocodile farm. Optional offer the visit to Aldea
Taina. Lunch at La Boca restaurant. Departure for Cienfuegos.
Tour of its main streets and avenues. A town founded by French
immigrants, Cienfuegos, is located at the wonderful bay guarded
by Castillo de Jagua. Visit to: Marti Park, Palacio del Valle,
Tomas Terry Theatre, The House of Cultural Assets, and Purisima
Conception Cathedral. The trip continues to Trinidad. Accommodation
and dinner arranged in the Hotel of your choice. Night free.
5th night: TRINIDAD. Breakfast in the Hotel. Panoramic
tour of Trinidad, one of the first Villages founded by the Spaniards
in the early XVI Century. Declared by UNESCO a Cultural Heritage
of Mankind. A visit to the main Parochial, Church of the Holy
Trinity housing a luxurious altar decorated with local precious
stones, and images 300 years old; the Plaza Mayor, and Count Brunet
Palace -now a day the romantic Museum. A visit to la Canchanchara
bar to sample a cocktail that bears its name. Lunch at a local
restaurant. Back to the Hotel and dinner. Night free.
6th night: TRINIDAD / VILLA CLARA / VARADERO. Breakfast in
the Hotel. Departure for Villa Clara. In transit visit to Cienfuegos´
Botanical Garden boasting more than 2000 species of plants. Arrival
in Villa Clara. Lunch at los Caneyes restaurant. A visit to the
Memorial Che Guevara and the Armored Train. Tour of the Historical
Village. The trip continues to Varadero. Accommodation and dinner
arranged in the Hotel of your choice. Night free. Next day there
are two possibilities.
Two different options.
Option one: Breakfast in the Hotel. Departure to Havana
airport early in the morning and flight back to Nassau, Bahamas.
Option two: Extra days in Varadero Beach, in the Hotel
of your choice. Free time to enjoy the beach and optional activities
in the nearby. End of the tour. Transfer to Havana. At the end
of the extension, departure to Havana airport early in the morning
and flight back to Nassau, Bahamas.
